How to Change your Major:

Make sure you get proper approvals and follow the Procedure outlined below.

To change a degree, major, or campus location, a student must obtain approval from:

1. The department chair that the student wishes to enter:
   • Aeronautical Management Technology: Dr. McCurry (480) 727-1775
   • Applied Biological Sciences: Dr. Brady (480) 727-1274
   • Division of Computing Studies: Dr. Huey (480) 727-1590
   • Engineering: Dr. Roberts (480) 727-1508
   • Electronics Systems: Dr. Munukutla (480) 727-1514
   • Department of Technology Management: Dr. Schildgen (480) 727-1781
   • Manufacturing & Aeronautical Management Technology: Dr. Danielson (480) 727-1189
2. The College or program the undergraduate wishes to enter, if changing major involves changing colleges or programs.

Procedure:

1. Obtain a Degree/major/Campus Change Request form from: Degree/major/Campus Change Request form (Download and Save. Format: Word)
2. Complete all student information on the form .
3. Submit the form and to the department you are requesting to change into.
4. Once it has been signed by the Department Chair and the Dean, the change will be made.
